According to the new education reform in Kazakhstan, modern society will be among the leading countries and will enter the top 10 highly developed countries. Our education reform are carried out and it allows people to develop themselves in society and achieve a great success, thereby to show other countries that there are young people in Kazakhstan,who will raise country to a new level. Currently, education system is being changed and various reforms are being carried out.

In order to comply with the requirements of the society and to keep up with the time, English teachers should enhance their knowledge and speaking skills, for this reason "English club" section is organized by the department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies at the faculty "Philology and world languages" by the Associate Professor of  KazNU Gulsum Suleymenova, a teacher who is recognized in the field of the English language and Methods of Teaching of a foreign language at Kazakh National University after al-Farabi. The section pays much attention to the persistent development of teachers. A lot of different trainings are held where we represent reports and have a heated discussion. 

Thetraining which is called "Pros and cons of Online Education" was led by a teacher of the English language Rauana Torekhanova, Master of Arts. We have got relevant information about Online Education, had a discussion with peer and experienced teachers.

We truly believe, one of the most sufficient ways to develop teachers’ skills is to implement any ideas and to share them with others. Such trainings give a fine opportunity to speak English fluently anddevelop our practical skills.
